Kyle founded CAMCO Investment Group in March 2020, bringing extensive experience in commercial real estate acquisitions and asset management. Prior to founding CAMCO, Kyle served as a key executive at Mohr Capital, a Dallas-based family office.
Under Kyle's leadership, CAMCO has built a diversified portfolio of over 1.4 million square feet across premier markets, consistently delivering above-market returns through strategic acquisitions and active asset management.
Yusef Akbarut
Yusef Akbarut, the Director of Acquisitions at CAMCO Investment Group, is instrumental in shaping the firm's investment strategy and overseeing the entire transaction lifecycle from sourcing to execution.
Drawing on over a decade of leadership as a Major in the United States Marine Corps, he now manages a portfolio of over 1.4 million square feet, leveraging his expertise in strategic planning and risk assessment to drive value.
